Interesting article, there has seems to be lots of debate on whether agave is good or not so good to use. I do use it sparingly. I find that I typically use it in raw or vegan dessert recipes. My hubby sometimes uses it in his coffee and doesn't mind it. I put a drop of it sometimes on my son's oatmeal, rather than brown sugar and he seems to love it :)
I'm just going to have to buy some. Since money has been so tight this summer, many of the raw or health foods that I want to try are just beyond my financial reach. As things are really looking up for us, I think I will finally be able to try it.
