RECIPE: House Seasoning

Best Blogger Tips I adapted this recipe from the Food Network.  I substituted garlic powder for fresh garlic.



*1 cup salt (may use Celtic sea salt or other varieties)
*1/4 cup black pepper
*3 cloves fresh garlic


1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a Vita-Mix Vita Prep 3 or other high speed blender.


1. Exchange fresh garlic for 2 tablespoons of fresh onion.

This works great as a topping for food or to enhance recipes.
