After birthing my second child in July, I began the arduous struggle of losing the 70 lbs. I put on during pregnancy. Thirty came off with the birth of my son and I have lost another 20 through diet, exercise, and breastfeeding my son. I am tring to lose the last 20 lbs.
This week, I am recommending blogs about women who are also on a weight loss journey. You will find recipes, exercise tips, and healthy eating strategies. What makes these blogs special, however, is these women who share their struggles and successes. They address the emotional and social reasons they eat and invite you to learn and grow with them.
Diminishing Lucy An Austrailian mother, wife, and student, Lucy writes about the emotional aspects of eating and weight. She also hosts guest bloggers, giveaways, and shares yummy recipes.
365 Days and 100 lbs. Kara, a culinary artist, a wife, and a mother, writes this blog. Here you will find gourmet recipes, cooking how-to-videos, and thoughts about her weight-loss journey. I cannot stress how amazing the food here looks!
